Puff Cereal!

We tried some puff cereal today and Ardan seemed to like it more the second time around.  He was actually picking up the pieces and getting them into his mouth to chew.  These pictures are the first attempt and he kept spitting them out.

Ardan's First Christmas 2012

Ardan, and all of us at the Keating house had a wonderful Christmas.  We are so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends.  We were fortunate to video chat with most of you, and I must say Ardan is becoming a pro at it.  We spent Christmas Day watching (and chasing) Ardan around the house play with his new toys.  Lola and Berkley had a great Christmas too, although Berkley seems to be mortified by Ardan's new Jack-in-the-Box (Sock Money version) toy.  Here are some videos and photos from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

We all went to ChuckE Cheese for Greg's holiday party.  Ardan had fun playing games.

Big boy

Ardan has started using his toddler sized seat on the stroller for our jogs. He sure is a growing boy.

9 Months Old on 12.12.12

Ardan is 9 months old today! Wow how time flies. He is 19 lbs 3 oz and 28.5 inches tall. He has 6 teeth (make that 7, just saw another on the bottom), can stand, and has taken his first steps! 

We are excited to share in his first Christmas this month.

December Fun + Videos

Ardan went to see Santa again today, to tell him what he wanted for Christmas.  This time he was at Cabela's...and I was surprised that this Santa wore camo!  I thought Greg was joking when he said he probably would be.

First steps!!!

Ardan took 4 steps on his own tonight!! Yay for another milestone. We will work on getting a video as he gets better. But here is a pic of him standing by himself!

Rain rain

It sure does rain here a lot, so my rain coat comes in handy.

First Santa sighting

Ardan met Santa for the first time tonight. He rode through the neighborhood with our local fire fighters.  I am not sure he knew what to think about this impromptu meeting.

Ardan has been clapping his hands together today. He thinks it's funny.

More Teeth

Ardan has 2 more teeth on top!  That must be why we had such a rough week, phew.  Onward and upward.

Ardan and I went out and did some Christmas shopping today.  And we had a meet up with Ardan's little friend, Gwen.  Ardan was very quick at exploring the play area today.
