Aunt Marie

So glad we could stop in to see Aunt Marie on our way to Charlotte, NC.

Charlotte visit

On our way to Orlando we were able to spend a weekend in Charlotte with the Bennett grands, and Grants!  Nana took us to a pumpkin path that had an awesome slide and tractor ride.

The boys had a blast playing with Liam, who has an amazing play room and park across the street.  Nolan loved chasing around and petting Scrappy the cat.  So glad we could see everyone!

 

More from Disney World/Florida October 2016

We had a great time and great weather in Orlando last week.  We spent two days at the Disney parks, and then hung out around the pool.  (Saratoga Springs Resort)

Ardan was loving getting autographs from the characters, which he has never done before.  Mommy passed down one of her Disney autograph books from 1997 and Ardan also bought a special pen.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party was fun!  Weather was perfect and we got lots of candy.  Ardan was the only BB-8 we saw in the park.  A big thanks to Ardan for the idea of our Star Wars themed costumes: BB-8 (Ardan), R2D2 (Nolan), C3PO (Mommy), Princess Leia (DD), Hans Solo (Oppie).

We also took a trip out to Cocoa Beach to do some fishing and playing in the sand.  The boys had a great time, even though we didn't catch any fish.  DD did however, have the biggest "catch".  Playing on the beach and building and destroying sand castles were the highlight of the day for them.

Visit to Aunt Allison's

We went up to Aunt Allison's yesterday and got to play with Conway puppy!  He loved Ardan, they became fast friends as Ardan threw threw balls for him.

Combine ride!!

Oppie called one his farmer friends and got the boys a ride in a combine today harvesting soybeans.  Ardan and Nolan had an awesome time!

Fun wedding weekend!

We had a great weekend at Uncle Evan and Aunt Camille's for their wedding!! We took a family field trip the day after to the National Zoo in DC and also got to play some putt putt golf. Since the wedding was at a golf course country club, Ardan had been asking to play golf all weekend! Amazing fun with family.

Last tball game

We got lucky and they moved up Ardan's official last tball game got moved up to tonight (before we head to the east coast)!! 

 

Pumpkin Patch 2016

We went to Hunter's Family Farm to get our pumpkins earlier this week.  The boys were so proud to pick out their own!  We went for 2 and came home with a few more than that :-)
