We went to one of the neighborhood parks to kick the soccer ball around with some friends. Ardan had a fun time exploring and have a future as a goalie.

Signing Baby
Ardan just signed "all done" when he was finished eating! Yay for baby sign language and glad months of feeling silly signing might be paying off.

Lego's Lego's everywhere
I find Lego's in the most interesting places...the crib, bathtub, dog crate, dishwasher and now a great new hiding place in the sub-woofer speaker.
12 month check up
Ardan has his 12 month wellness check today and did great getting a few shots, he even got a new rattle out of the deal. He is officially 20 lb 11 oz and 31 inches tall.

Caught in the rain
Ardan was running errands with Daddy and got caught in the rain on the way to the car. Boy that was fun!

12 Months Old
Ardan is 20 lbs 12 oz and is 30 inches tall. He is getting better at mimicking and following directions when it comes to puzzles. He loves to hug and kiss and ride in his new car seat that faces forward!

One Year Old!
So hard to believe Ardan is 1 today!
Ardan had a wonderful 1st birthday! we started the day at the children's museum where a few of his friends were meeting for a play date. Then we went to welcome Daddy home from a 2 week work trip and had lunch at Red Robin. We finished the day with opening presents and of course cake! Ardan is so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends that help to make his 1st birthday special even from 3000 miles away! We just want to thank everyone for their birthday wishes for our little man.

Aunt Ashley's Visit
Ardan had a blast meeting and seeing his Aunt Ashley for the first time last week! We loved having her and definitely miss her already. We played a lot, visited Seattle, and did some shopping.
We went up to the waterfront in Seattle and road The Seattle Great Wheel. It was really cool and a perfect day for it! We also walked around Pikes Place Market, always a favorite.

Pikes Place market treat
We had a great day visiting Seattle with Aunt Ashley! We road the the new ferris wheel and went to the market. Aunt Ashley even treated Ardan to a new toy!
