Brothers at the library for story time!

Cuties

Nolan has been loving clapping his hands the last few weeks and Daddy taught him how to high-five yesterday.  He is a quick study!  Nolan has also been playing more with the dogs, so cute. 

Mini Golf and fro-yo

We went to the library tonight and Ardan got to play mini-golf. He did great and had a blast. He went through so quickly we got to play another round! Then we went for frozen yogurt. A fun little date night for mommy and her baby boys.

A is for alligator

We had a great time at library preschool this week talking about the letter "A". Ardan was so excited we were talking about the letter "A" because his name stars with "A". He also made himself into an alligator!

Creative car play

We have been drawing our own towns and playing cars. Ardan loves it. We are going on 4 days straight with this. His favorite is to drive his fire truck to the "burning buildings" and spray water on the houses.

Nolan 10 months old / Ardan and his Trucks

Times flies keeping up with these boys. Nolan is 10 months old already. He is 29 inches tall and 19 lbs 10 oz.
He has 8 teeth and his favorite food is avocado.

He has taken up to 5 steps on his own, but still needs lots of walking practice. He loves to push around all the walkers in the house and play with door stoppers just like Ardan did at this age. He loves to say "dada" and "mama" and babble on about different baby things. He loves watching big brother and playing trains (mostly he just wants to chase after the moving parts). Outdoor play is a favorite and he loves to check out and pick at mommy's flowers.

Ultimately his favorite thing is splashing around in water (the dogs' water bowl, puddles, bath, sink). Ardan complains about his splashing in the tub and it's the cutest.

Ardan requested I take a picture of him with his emergency trucks when I was taking Nolan's 10 month picture.  We have been having a blast racing to put out "fires" with these machines!

More Spring

The boys love story time, no matter who is reading.  I love this moment with Daddy and our boys.  Nolan loves to help with the dishes, or more try to climb into the dishwasher.  He is growing so fast.  We are up to 8 teeth now!

Easter 2015

We had a wonderful Easter, with sunny weather.  Ardan had a blast hunting for Easter eggs outside, in fact we are still playing with them today.  Ardan was super excited that the Easter Bunny had stuffed the eggs with chocolate, stickers, and quarters for his piggy bank.  He took pride in the stickers by putting all of them on after his hunt.  We had a big ham lunch with friends and dyed Easter eggs too!

Alley Oop Open Gym

We went to open house for tots at a local gymnastic center this morning with one of our friends.  It was so much fun walking on balance beams, jumping into foam pits and on trampolines, and swinging on the uneven bars.  It is safe to say we will go back and play!

We finally got Daddy to come to the children's museum with us. Ardan had a blast showing him everything.  It was an awesome morning!
