End of June

The summer seems to be flying by and so does life with a toddler.  Ardan continues to say "uh-oh" a lot, and is getting the hang of actually saying "hello" on the phone.  "Moo moo" is Mickey Mouse and he loves to wrestle with his 3 ft tall Mickey which is featured in his monthly growth pictures.  He has been putting Duplo Lego's together on his own and working the Jack-in-the-box.

He still loves to dance and now signs the word "music".
He is quite the accomplished gardener and loves to water the plants, while playing in the water of course.  Some meals he has the affinity to feed himself.  This is a picture from last night...the first night food (yogurt this time) ever actually went flying around the room.

 This is how I found him the other day while I was making dinner.

Ardan's friends sent him this t-shirt straight from the Northern Neck of VA.  He will grow into it in no time and will be proud to represent the NNK.  Thanks Karl and Gwen!

Pool time!

In the 80s and 90s the next few days here. Phew that's hot for Olympia. Pool time sounds good.

We went to one of the state parks today with some friends and Ardan had his first experience at a Washington beach.  He was not thrilled, and wondered where the pretty white sand and sun shine was.

15 months old

Ardan is 15 months old and 22 lbs, 32 inches tall.  Two first year molars are in and counting on the others to come in soon.

He loves pointing at everything and "talking" about them, help dust the house, and wave to everyone and play with the XBox.  Oh life with a toddler :)

First soccer game

We took Ardan to his first official soccer match in Seattle last night. USA vs Panama at Centurylink Field. USA won 2-0 and we had a great time!
