A's Favorite Things

At a little over 2, Ardan has a few favorite things this month.  WallE is his favorite movie, Tickle Monster (with matching Tickle Monster gloves, of course) is his favorite book, and pulled BBQ chicken has been a hit!  He has been loving practicing baseball and of course running and hiding from Mommy.

He is getting used to the idea of having a baby around.  He sees the crib and looks in it asking for the baby.  Just a few more weeks until he is a big brother!  Berkley is trying to prepare himself for another little buddy too, and even getting some cuddle time in with my baby bump.

Prep for Nolan

We are ready for Nolan to arrive.  The boys' room is ready.  Daddy built this awesome big-boy bed for Ardan and he has been loving it.  And Mommy loves the storage! We are counting down this last 3.5 weeks!

Fun in Tacoma

We met up with some friends at the Tacoma Children's museum today and had so much fun!

Bed head

...a serious case of bed head.  When this toddler gets up in the morning he makes sure everyone else is up too by letting the dogs in to jump on Mommy and Daddy's bed and opening the drapes to let all the light in.

Petsmart is a zoo

Who needs the zoo when there is a Pet smart, says Ardan.  We picked out some new bones for Lola and Berk and saw the birds, fish, hamsters and chinchilla.

Where's the beach?

Happy Mother's Day

Best dollar bin find at Target yet, says Ardan...a pirate sword. Mommy went to another part of the store and when she came looking for us boys she said she just followed the sound of me yelling  "Ho-yo yo-ho". Daddy was steering my ship.

A Day with Poppop in Seattle

Ardan's Poppop had a layover in Seattle last Friday and we had a fun day in Seattle. We visited the Seattle library, REI and had some yummy meals.

Fun in the Sun

We have had some sunny and over 80 degree weather this week and Ardan and the red dogs have been enjoying the warmer weather with water play and bubbles!

Ardan's Garden

Ardan planted a sunflower seed and pumpkin seed in his preschool prep class last week.  Now to see if they grow so we can add them to the Keating garden.
