Turkey Week

We are gearing up for Ardan's first Thanksgiving.  We are hoping he can try some turkey baby food, we will see. 

We are borrowing a Christmas gift from the Johnson Grands since Ardan was using the kitchen chairs and other furniture as a walker.  He is getting close to standing and walking on his own.

Well Ardan realized just how fun a roll of toilet paper can be...

Silly Boy(s)

Ardan loves being silly with his Dad.

 And he loves being silly all on his own.  He still likes to crawl into Lola and Berkley's room.

 He likes to throw his toys out of the Pack n' Play

And now I am trying to look out of the windows.  Ardan has been standing for a few milliseconds on his own...his balance is getting better for that big day when he first walks!

Out and About

We ran some errands today. Here is Ardan chillin' in the cart at Cabela's.

Practicing Walking

Ardan has been practicing walking in his walker.  He has been good at going backwards, but today he took quite a few steps forwards and is learning how to maneuver around! Check out the video.

Hands On Children's Museum

Olympia's Hands On Children's Museum just opened and Ardan and I went to check it out.  It is a fun place to explore and once Ardan can walk I am sure he will have even more fun.

8 Months Old!

Ardan is 8 months old today!  he is 18 lbs 3 oz.  And 28.5 inches tall.  He has slimmed out a little bit from all of the exercise crawling and learning to walk brings.

 It is getting more and more challenging to get a picture or measurement of Ardan on his monthly birthdays since he is such a mover and shaker.
