Awesome August Pt. 2 (Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney)

 We ended our Florida adventures in Orlando.  We stayed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge for the first time and were impressed by all the animals we could see from our balcony.  Giraffes, wildebeests, zebras and lots more!  Had fun at the pool there and exploring down at Disney Springs.

He did so great. No tears just big hugs. So proud of him turning into a big boy!

Awesome August Pt. 1 (Great Nanny's & Siesta Key Beach!)

What a fun filled August we have had!  We had a great visit at Great-Nanny's playing with blocks that Nanny (Mary W.) used as a kid and even got to play bocci and shuffle board at the community center.  Thanks for a wonderful time Mary Keating!

We had such a fun time in Siesta Key beach with The Johnson family.  Oppie and DD picked the perfect house for beach, pool, and Siesta Key Village fun.  We also explored Sarasota visiting: Lowry Park Zoo, Mote Aquarium & Research Lab, Scuttler's COve Moni Golf (where we fed alligators!), and rented a boat for a day for fishing and cruising fun.

 Nolan makes sure to keep his feet clean, even at the beach...while Ardan and Oppie get fully covered with sand. 

 We didn't catch any notable fish off of our dock at the house, but did catch tons of minnows!

All the kids got to pet sting rays and goats.  Nolan enjoyed hugging the goats as well.  And taking a ride on a banana split ride.

Shout out to Uncle Evan  for being such an awesome captain on the pontoon boat.  We caught lots of fish and even stopped by Lido Beach for a walk.  We caught many different kinds of fish: spotted trout, spot, whiting, bass.  Ardan caught the most while Camille and Sara caught the biggest ;-P

 Even boating can make little Nol tired.  After some yummy sammies he conked out for a bit under the shade.
